Zusammenfassung

RCN Vakantieparken seeks an HR Advisor to partner with park leaders and the headquarters. You will advise on staffing, absenteeism, performance, development and terms of employment while translating policy into concrete actions and guiding managers through complex HR issues.

Responsibilities include recruitment, culture and leadership coaching, HR-project support, and HR-data analysis. Frequent park visits ensure your advice reflects on-site realities.

Qualifikationen

• Requires an HBO level education, preferably in HRM.
• At least three years of relevant experience in an HR advisory role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of labor law, collective agreements and relevant regulations, including the Wet Poortwachter.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably AFAS.
• Experience in recreation, hospitality or similar dynamic environment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Advise managers on workforce planning, absenteeism, performance, development and terms of employment.
• Translate HR policy and goals into concrete actions and guide managers in complex personnel issues.
• Support recruitment and selection for management and staff roles.
• Initiate and support HR projects on good employer practices, employee satisfaction and organizational development.
• Regularly visit the vacation parks to stay connected with on-site realities.
