Qualifications

• Fluent (or good) English; Dutch preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping leadership or team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Housekeeping team.
• Ensure brand standards and exceptional guest service.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness per standards.
• Manage linen handling and prioritization.
• Lead briefings on occupancy and events.
• Maximize productivity with multi-skilling and flexible scheduling.
• Oversee appearance and uniform standards; maintain hygiene.
