Job summary

Unicorn Hospitality Services B.V. in Rotterdam is seeking experienced housekeepers to join our team. You will thoroughly clean hotel rooms and public areas, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Requirements include prior housekeeping or catering experience, the right to work in the Netherlands, and good Dutch or English language skills. We offer a direct employment contract, a starting salary of €14.99 per hour, 8% holiday allowance, flexible hours, and growth

Responsibilities

• Report maintenance problems or safety risks to the appropriate staff.
• Replenish cleaning products and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Provide excellent service by responding quickly to guest requests.
• Work both independently and in a team in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for experienced housekeepers to join our team in Rotterdam. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• You will thoroughly clean hotel rooms and public areas and ensure that the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are adhered to.
• You change bed linen, towels and other amenities if necessary, so that everything looks fresh and tidy.
• You dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• You report maintenance problems or safety risks directly to the right employees.
• You replenish cleaning products and make sure the equipment is in good condition.
• You'll provide exceptional service by responding quickly and politely to guest requests.
• Previous experience in a hotel or catering establishment is required.
• You have an eye for detail and you can maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Being able to work both independently and in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards both guests and colleagues.
• Speaks sufficient Dutch or English, every extra language is an advantage.
• Has the right documents to work in the Netherlands.
