Job summary

Unicorn Hospitality Services zoekt ervaren huishoudsters om in Rotterdam hotelkamers en openbare ruimtes op hoog niveau schoon te houden.

Je hebt eerdere ervaring in een hotel of catering en een scherp oog voor detail. Je kunt zelfstandig en in team werken, hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst Engels of Nederlands. Direct dienstverband en flexibele uren worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Eerdere ervaring in een hotel of catering vereist.
• Oog voor detail en hoge netheidsnormen.
• Uitstekende tijdsplanning en prioriteiten kunnen stellen.
• In staat zelfstandig en in team te werken in een dynamische omgeving.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vriendelijke houding richting gasten en collega’s.

Responsibilities

• Reinig hotelkamers en publieksruimtes volgens hoge schoonmaak- en hygiëne-standaarden.
• Vervang beddengoed en handdoeken zodat alles fris oogt.
• Stofzuigen, dweilen en desinfecteren van oppervlakken.
• Melden van onderhoudsproblemen of veiligheidsrisico’s aan de juiste collega’s.
• Aanvullen van schoonmaakmiddelen en controleren van apparatuur.

Job description

We are looking for experienced housekeepers to join our team in Rotterdam. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas.

Do you have experience with housekeeping in hotels and are you proud of your work? Then we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• You will thoroughly clean hotel rooms and public areas and ensure that the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are adhered to.

• You change bed linen, towels and other amenities if necessary, so that everything looks fresh and tidy.

• You dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• You report maintenance problems or safety risks directly to the right employees.

• You replenish cleaning products and make sure the equipment is in good condition.

• You\'ll provide exceptional service by responding quickly and politely to guest requests.

• Previous experience in a hotel or catering establishment is required.

• You have an eye for detail and you can maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Being able to work both independently and in a team in a dynamic environment.

• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards both guests and colleagues.

• Speaks sufficient Dutch or English, every extra language is an advantage.

• Has the right documents to work in the Netherlands.
