Team Leader Housekeeping – Amsterdam | Full-time

We are looking for a motivated and flexible Housekeeping Team Leader to join our growing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will support our housekeeping operations across multiple hotel and serviced apartment locations, helping to ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and supporting housekeeping teams across different hotel locations
• Checking guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Making sure rooms are ready on time for guest arrivals
• Assisting with cleaning and leading by example
• Training and guiding team members on housekeeping standards and procedures
• Helping create a positive and productive working environment
• Motivating team members and supporting their development
• Handling guest requests and resolving issues professionally
• Travelling between locations in Amsterdam to provide support where needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in housekeeping within serviced apartments, or similar environments
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A hands‑on attitude and willingness to support the team when required
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Good English communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends when needed
• A positive attitude and eye for detail
• Willingness to travel between locations within Amsterdam
