Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam is offering a Guest Relations Internship that places you at the heart of the guest journey, from arrival to departure, in a luxury environment along the Amstel. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues across departments and gain real exposure to hospitality operations.

You must be actively enrolled in an educational program, be fluent in English, and eager to create memorable guest moments.

• Active enrollment in an educational institution during the internship.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s or higher not required; hospitality interest welcomed.

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, with attention to VIPs and special occasions.

As aGuest Relations Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest journey, ensuring every stay is memorable from arrival to departure. Working closely with guests, colleagues, and various departments, you will help create personalized experiences while gaining valuable exposure to luxury hospitality operations.During your internship, you will:
