Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam, part of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, is offering a Housekeeping Quality Management Internship. You will work with the Housekeeping team to uphold luxury standards, gaining leadership and operational experience from day one.

You must be enrolled in an educational program and demonstrate curiosity, proactivity, and attention to detail. English skills are essential; additional languages are a plus. Training via Minor Hotels University Northern Europe is included.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and quality control of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist in leading and motivating a team of Housekeeping Attendants.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Act as a point of contact for guests and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Support stock management and help ensure department efficiency.
• Help maintain and improve quality standards in line with brand requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience.

As a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern, you will play an important role in maintaining the exceptional standards that define our five-star guest experience. You will gain valuable leadership and operational experience while working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest quality standards.During your internship, you will:

• Support the daily operations and quality control of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist in leading and motivating a team of Housekeeping Attendants.
