LA CABANA BEACH RESORT & CASINO is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our resort. You will coordinate staff, respond to guest requests, and uphold high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
High school diploma required; hospitality certifications are a plus.
Experience in service-oriented industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate housekeeping services and staff schedules to ensure timely turnover and guest comfort.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness standards and inventory records for housekeeping supplies.
Assist with special projects and training as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.
