Job summary

La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino seeks a Houseman to help maintain a pristine, welcoming environment for guests. You will support housekeeping, move furniture, stock supplies, and report issues promptly, contributing to smooth operations.

You will work five days a week, 8.5 hours per day, in a diverse team, upholding safety standards and delivering courteous service while helping guests with requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or custodial role in a hotel or resort is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a diverse team.
• Clear communication to meet team and guest needs.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving items.

Responsibilities

• Keep lobbies, corridors, and restrooms clean and well-maintained.
• Assist housekeeping with moving furniture, stocking supplies, and inventory.
• Report maintenance issues promptly for swift resolution.
• Support guests by delivering amenities and addressing inquiries.
• Follow safety regulations and handle cleaning equipment properly.
