Job summary

Hotelprofessionals is looking for a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (f/m/d) to lead a team of room attendants and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Daily duties include briefings with colleagues, coordinating room cleans, and ensuring quality standards are met while complying with hotel policies. Fluent English is essential, and flexibility with working days is required to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in the housekeeping department.
• Fluently speak and write English; a second language is an advantage.
• Hard worker who is flexible in terms of working days and detail-oriented.
• You like to exceed guests’ expectations and have a positive attitude.
• You have an eye for detail and see a challenge in every situation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room attendants and ensure hotel quality and hygiene standards.
• Hold briefings with colleagues about changes to rooms.
• Coordinate room cleaning schedule and quality checks.
• Handover to Front Office at end of shift.
• Maintain guest-focused service throughout the day.

As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (f/m/d) you are responsible for supervising a team of room attendants and ensuring that the quality of the hotel is maintained and enhanced according to hotel policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards.

What are you going to do?
9:45 After a cup of coffee or tea, you are ready to start your day at the Housekeeping Department.
10:00 Whilst checking the rooms you also have a brief with your collogues with some last-minute changes regarding the rooms to be cleaned. One room wants an extra bed, another room stays a day longer, and a third room wants extra towels.
12:00 Enjoy your lunch with colleagues from other departments.
15:30 Still some rooms are pending to be checked and to see if they meet the quality standards we set.
17:50 You make sure everything is done and give a short handover to Front Office.
18:00 Time to go home!
