Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven offers a Management Assistant Intern role at the heart of its fast-paced hotel operations. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, decision making, and coordinating activities.

This internship provides exposure to hotel operations, commercial initiatives, and guest experience enhancement, with a monthly allowance and opportunities to participate in meetings and projects.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in leadership or management internship through an educational institution.
• Currently in 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program, or enrolled in a Master program.
• Available for at least 5 months.
• Strong interest in leadership, hotel operations, and hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest experience.
• Assist department heads with administration, planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance through sales, events, promotions, and new ideas.
• Participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities.
