Hotelprofessionals - Park Plaza Eindhoven is offering an internship for a Hotel Operations Management Intern where you will collaborate closely with the General Manager. This internship provides hands-on experience in hotel operations, leadership tasks, and is aimed at candidates currently in their Bachelor or Master studies in relevant fields.

The ideal applicant should have strong communication skills in English, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in improving hotel operations. The position offers an allowance of €750 per month and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor programme or enrolled in a Master programme.
• Strong interest in leadership and hotel operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Work closely with all hotel departments for smooth operations.
• Assist department heads with management activities.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance.
• Participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities.
