Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven, part of PPHE Hotel Group, offers a Management Assistant Intern position at the heart of hotel operations. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to gain hands-on leadership, planning, and coordinating daily activities while contributing to guest satisfaction.

The internship targets students in the 3rd/4th year or Master candidates in Hospitality/Business, lasts at least five months, with a monthly allowance and meals during shifts.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to operate in an international hotel environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in leadership, hotel operations and hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Assist management with administration, planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
• Contribute to sales initiatives, events, promotions, and new ideas.
• Participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities.
