Qualifications

• Formal hospitality training or degree required.
• Extensive leadership experience in hospitality or gastronomy.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel as the go-to person for the team, guests, and partners.
• Recruit, onboard and develop the team while fostering a positive working atmosphere.
• Lead by example as an active part of the team and drive performance.
• Monitor budgets, forecast and control costs with precision.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Cluster Manager and Corporate Office to stay aligned.
