Job summary

Hotelprofessionals is seeking interns for Park Plaza Eindhoven, where you will support the General Manager and collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure outstanding guest experiences. This internship spans at least 5 months and is perfect for students in Hospitality or related fields.

Qualifications

• Registered with a recognized educational institution for a leadership or management internship.
• Available for at least 5 months internship duration.
• Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or service-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong interest in leadership and hotel operations

Ability to work independently

Education

Currently in 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor program or enrolled in a Master program

Preferred field: Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management
