Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group in the Netherlands is seeking an Assistant Hotel Business Controller to partner with regional hotel teams and the central Finance group. You will drive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance insights to strengthen commercial results.

The role reports into the Finance department and offers a clear path for development across Europe, with an emphasis on financial control, process improvement, and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in business controlling, financial analysis, or management accounting.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and analysis to drive performance, including monthly management and financial reporting.
• Budgeting and forecasting for hotel activities and reporting to stakeholders.
• Monitors and reviews hotel performance against financial controls and KPIs.
• Act as Finance Business Partner in performance reviews with General Managers.
