Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Business Controller for the Amsterdam area. You will support the Business Controller and hotel management with daily financial control, reporting and analysis, while handling AP/AR and month-end processes.

In this role you will contribute to improving financial performance in an international hotel environment, with opportunities for professional growth and exposure to audits and financial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or business control.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Controller with daily financial control and reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze variances.
• Compare actual results with budget and forecast; identify trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning efforts.
• Collaborate with operational teams to prevent discrepancies.
• Assist with audits and ensure adherence to controls.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for finance projects.
