Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - Park Plaza Utrecht is seeking a Management Intern to support the General Manager and gain hands-on experience in hotel operations. This role includes assisting in daily management activities, improving guest satisfaction, and engaging with guests across departments.

The internship, starting in February 2027, lasts 5-12 months and provides an internship allowance of €750 gross per month. Applicants must be enrolled in a relevant study programme and eligible for internships in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and strategic activities.
• Assist in preparing management meetings and internal communication.
• Provide operational support across departments such as Front Office and Food & Beverage.
• Contribute to improving the guest journey through analysis and implementation.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute ideas to improve performance.
