Job summary

Park Plaza in Utrecht is seeking a Management Intern to assist the General Manager and support hotel operations. As an intern, you will contribute to daily management activities, strategic projects, and enhance guest satisfaction.

The internship lasts 5–12 months, offering a full-time experience with a monthly allowance of €750 gross. Preferred candidates should have a background in hospitality and an interest in leadership development, with strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in leadership, hotel operations, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and strategic activities.
• Assist in preparing management meetings and coordinating team sessions.
• Provide operational support across Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Events.
• Contribute to improving the guest journey through analysis and ideas.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English
