Job summary

Ashby is hiring a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA team. You will own 60 mid-market accounts, help customers implement and adopt Ashby, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to drive value and renewals.

You will become a product and domain expert, tailoring trainings to address specific customer challenges and ensuring successful adoption across complex workflows in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in customer success for B2B SaaS with complex tech.
• Management of a multi-month implementation.
• Ability to manage a book of ~60 mid-market customers with >$1.5M ARR.

Responsibilities

• Implement, train and support adoption of Ashby across the EMEA mid-market.
• Tailor training and product walk-throughs to customers’ challenges.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Ops to drive adoption and retention.
• Help drive renewals and contribute to scalable go-to-market processes.
