Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead premium Human Factors advisory services across Europe. You will engage clients, present tailored HF solutions, and drive contract closure from initial contact through scoping.

We offer remote or hybrid work from offices in Barcelona, The Hague or Basingstoke, with travel up to 30%. You’ll interact with clients in medical and life sciences industries and collaborate with internal SMEs to grow the HF business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field
• English proficiency at least C1 level
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (min $3 million/year)
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
• Travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services through sales cycle
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals
• Close sales and manage client interactions to meet quotas
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and trade shows
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions
• Support marketing strategy for HF business and events
• Identify evolving customer needs and inform future offerings
• Maintain relationships with target accounts throughout the year
