Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager to own end-to-end accounts within the Netherlands, driving compliant, in-label engagement with hematologists, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital stakeholders. You will combine scientific credibility with commercial execution to meet sales targets.

The role emphasizes omnichannel execution, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access.

Qualifications

• Life sciences degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Multiple years of qualified field-based commercial experience in specialty care, preferably hematology-oncology.
• Proven ability to gain, maintain and expand access to hospital stakeholders in the Netherlands.
• Experience designing and executing personalized omnichannel engagement plans.
• Strong CRM documentation and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional English; valid Dutch driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships with priority hospital accounts and engage senior clinical, scientific, and pharmacy stakeholders.
• Develop and refine account plans covering structure, formulary status, buying groups, and care pathways.
• Map stakeholder ecosystems and tailor engagement to decision-makers vs influencers.
• Open and broaden access using compliant, creative engagement across channels.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and translate insights into action and measurable account outcomes.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM log of interactions, next steps, and outcomes.
