Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Senior Field Contracting Manager to own institutional contracting across hematology and oncology accounts in the Netherlands. You will lead end-to-end contracting, negotiate with hospital buying groups, and align pricing strategies with national and local needs, collaborating with KAMs, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial Leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of directly relevant experience in pharmaceutical market access, hospital contracting, procurement engagement, tender management, pricing strategy or health economics.
• Hands-on experience leading pharmaceutical contract negotiations with hospital groups and procurement bodies.
• Ability to develop, interpret and manage pricing models and negotiation thresholds.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting and negotiation with hospital buying groups, securing formulary inclusion and preferred positioning.
• Map procurement ecosystems and engage hospital stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute differentiated access strategies for hematology and solid tumor portfolios.
• Coordinate national pricing with local contracting and translate agreements to field access.
• Own contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal while ensuring compliance.
