Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for Central & Eastern Europe (Hebrew Speaking) to serve as a trusted technical advisor and architect of the customer journey across pre-sales validation, onboarding, deployment, and expansion. You will bridge technical strategy and business value for enterprise clients.

Requires 8-12 years of customer-facing technical experience, strong architectural and consultative skills, and a commercial mindset.

• Hebrew-speaking required for Central & Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives.
• Map complex customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures and bespoke solutions.
• Define scope, success criteria, and evaluation plans for Proofs of Concepts and Technical Validations.
• Deliver tailored technical presentations, architectural diagrams, and demonstrations.
• Address security, compliance, and edge-case architectural questions.
• Oversee deployment strategy as part of proposals and onboarding.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance during onboarding and implementation.
• Design migration blueprints tailored to customer environments.
• Act as lead consultant for customer engineering teams on best practices.
• Partner with AEs to own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion planning.
• Monitor customer health scores and telemetry to ensure time-to-value.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business and account growth.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews translating Cloudflare capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Be a trusted technical advisor throughout the lifecycle and in deployment confidence.
