Job summary

Wellis Health, a Netherlands-based healthtech scale-up, is seeking a Recruiter to run end-to-end hiring across teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and ensure every candidate experiences Wellis as fast, personal, and professional.

You’ll experiment with intake questions, outreach methods, and use data to improve hiring. The role reports to the People & Culture Lead and sits in a hybrid Rotterdam setup.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Hands-on sourcing experience and comfort reaching out to passive candidates.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Organized, data-aware with ATS experience.
• Bonus: experience hiring in healthcare, healthtech, or e‑commerce.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment, from intake to offer.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and keep processes moving.
• Source proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels.
• Deliver a candidate experience that is fast, personal, and professional.
• Contribute to better job ads, outreach templates, and employer branding.
• Keep pipelines clean and reporting up to date in our ATS.
