Job summary

Wellis Health in Rotterdam is seeking a Product Manager Web & App to own the roadmap for our web platform and mobile app—covering the full digital patient journey from first visit to long‑term treatment and subscription management.

You'll translate business goals and patient needs into a clear roadmap, partnering with design and engineering to ship improvements that drive conversion, retention, and satisfaction. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role with data and CRO collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Manager or Product Owner for web platforms and mobile apps.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in healthcare, subscriptions, or marketplace/e‑commerce environments is a plus.
• Strong at translating business goals and user needs into a clear roadmap and well-defined product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization for Wellis's web platform and mobile app, translating goals into features.
• Define and deliver product initiatives across the full digital patient journey—from first visit to long-term treatment and subscriptions.
• Run experiments with CROs (A/B tests, feature releases) to improve conversion, retention, and UX.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX/UI to ship high-quality features supporting weight management and wellness.
• Align stakeholders across medical operations, marketing, customer care, and leadership with a clear product vision.
