Job summary

Adecco in Venlo is seeking a customer focus employee to manage the complete customer process for a healthcare client, from order entry to final delivery, in an international logistics setting.

You will be the main contact, handling inquiries, orders, returns and complaints, coordinating with the warehouse, and supporting process improvements. This full-time role offers a path to direct contract after the temporary period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics implementation projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, procedures and quality standards.
• Experience with customer-focused processes in an international environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work accurately in a structured and process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Process orders, returns and complaints.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
• Follow strict quality checks.
• Monitor orders and shipments and respond quickly to urgent requests.
• Support internal reporting and keep work instructions up to date.
• Contribute to process improvements and help increase customer satisfaction.
