Job summary

Adecco in Venlo is seeking a customer focus employee to manage the complete customer process for a healthcare client, from order entry to final delivery, in an international logistics setting.

You will be the main contact, handling inquiries, orders, returns and complaints, coordinating with the warehouse, and supporting process improvements. This full-time role offers a path to direct contract after the temporary period.

What are you going to do?

As a customer focus employee, you will manage the complete customer process and ensure everything runs smoothly from order entry to final delivery. You have experience with customer implementations and are comfortable working according to strict procedures, especially when dealing with medical products.

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries

• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and correct deliveries
• Follow strict quality checks
• Monitor orders and shipments and respond quickly to urgent requests
• Support internal reporting and keep work instructions up to date
• Contribute to process improvements and help increase customer satisfaction

This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week) during office hours, Monday to Friday. Flexible start times between 7:00 am and 9:00 am can be arranged with your team. You will start through Adecco, with the intention of receiving a direct contract with the client after the temporary employment period.
