Job summary

Databricks in Amsterdam seeks a results-driven Named Account Executive for Healthcare and Life Science in the Benelux region. You will drive adoption of the Data + AI Platform, identify strategic use cases, and build value with executives and technical champions across major accounts.

You will lead multi-party deals, align with cloud partners, and coach teams to exceed quarterly consumption and booking goals in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise Customers.
• Experience leading federated sales campaigns in major accounts.
• Background in Data/Cloud industries with technical sales exposure.
• Proven record of exceeding quotas in high-growth enterprise software.
• Experience co-selling with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and GSI partners.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Sell Databricks Data + AI Platform to healthcare and life sciences customers in Benelux.
• Lead teams, customers and partners to identify impactful data/AI use cases.
• Develop business plans with ecosystem partners to accelerate consumption.
• Coordinate with cloud vendors and GSIs to scale deals and forecast accurately.
