Job summary

Arvato in Gennep (Healthcare division) is seeking an Inventory Analyst to ensure accurate stock levels and reliable processes. You will analyze stock movements, coordinate cycle counts, and work with Operations, Account Management and customers to resolve discrepancies.

You’ll use SAP, Excel and Power BI to monitor inventory and turn data into actionable insights, while communicating with stakeholders to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–2 years of inventory or stock management experience preferred.
• Strong command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Affinity with ERP/WMS systems; SAP experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory overview at operational and system levels.
• Coordinate cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory performance against SLAs and report results to management and customers.
• Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and processes.
• Serve as point of contact for Operations, Account Managers, and customers on stock utilization, bin maintenance and ABC analyses.
