Job summary

Arvato in Gennep, Netherlands, seeks an Inventory Analyst to ensure accurate, reliable inventory and to turn stock data into actionable insights. You will analyze movements, coordinate cycle counts and collaborate with Operations, Account Management and customers to resolve discrepancies.

Within our Healthcare division in an international logistics setting, you will use SAP, Excel and Power BI to monitor inventory and drive process improvements. English proficiency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, (Technical) Business Administration or similar field.
• 1–2 years of inventory/stock management experience preferred.
• Good command of English; Dutch an advantage.
• Affinity with ERP/WMS systems; SAP is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with interest in logistics, engineering & automation.
• MS Office expertise (Excel); Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Teams are a plus.
• Structured, accurate work style and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Job Description

As an Inventory Analyst in Gennep, you make sure our inventory is accurate, reliable, and under control. You analyze stock movements, identify discrepancies, and work with different stakeholders to ensure inventory processes run smoothly.

You’ll work within our Healthcare division in an international logistics environment, using systems such as SAP, Excel and Power BI to monitor inventory and turn data into actionable insights.

YOUR TASKS

As an Inventory Analyst, you are responsible for maintaining an accurate overview of inventory at both operational and system level. You analyze inventory data, coordinate cycle counts, and work closely with Operations, Account Management and customers to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory processes.

• Manage and monitor inventory at operational and SAP level, including incoming and outgoing product flows;
• Organize and execute cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies;
• Monitor inventory performance against agreed SLAs and report results to management and customers;
• Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and processes;
• Act as a point of contact for Operations, Account Managers and customers on topics such as stock utilization, bin maintenance and ABC analyses.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Operations and Account Management as well as with our customers. This means you’re not only working with data and systems, but also regularly communicating with different stakeholders to understand issues and find the right solution.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,607 and €4,164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst who enjoys working with data, systems and different stakeholders in an international logistics environment.

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, (Technical) Business Administration or a similar field;
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in inventory or stock management;
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage;
• Affinity with ERP/WMS systems; experience with SAP is a strong plus;
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in logistics, engineering and automation solutions;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Teams is an advantage;
• A structured and accurate way of working, with the ability to communicate with different stakeholders.
