Job summary

Plug and Play is seeking a hands-on ecosystem builder in Amsterdam to grow our health, life science and medtech initiative. You’ll build the local network with startups, corporates, hospitals, universities and investors.

You’ll advise Global 1000 executives, source startups for investments, run health and life science programmes and pilots, and help spin-outs become real companies. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience building ecosystems and advising startups.
• Strong network in health, life sciences or medtech.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Available to travel and be in Amsterdam office regularly.
• VC experience or consulting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the Amsterdam health and life sciences ecosystem with startups, corporates, hospitals, universities and investors.
• Advise Global 1000 corporates and source startups that solve their needs.
• Run health and life science programmes and pilots; push startups toward traction.
• Source and assess startups for investments and support the deal team.
• Be in the room with C-level executives and host workshops.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to accelerate the team.
