Job summary

EPAM Systems in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Development Director for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI NL). The role focuses on expanding EPAM's presence in the Dutch BFSI sector through strategic partnerships and transformational digital initiatives, operating in a hybrid work model.

The candidate will leverage an extensive Netherlands BFSI network, drive multi‑million deals, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling bespoke digital technology services.
• Established and actionable network within the Netherlands Banking and BFSI sector, particularly in banking and insurance.
• Proven track record in identifying and closing large-scale, complex digital transformation deals.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory landscape and technology trends in banking and BFSI.
• Native or fluent Dutch language skills and professional fluency in English.
• Experience with partner collaboration for joint value propositions and co-selling.
• Excellent relationship-building, client management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Consultative solution-selling expertise with a history of achieving business targets.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding EPAM\'s presence in the Netherlands Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector by turning your established industry relationships into meaningful partnerships and growth opportunities.
