Our Healthcare unit is experiencing strong growth, and we are partnering with multiple North American clients preparing to launch and expand across Europe. To support this next phase, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Healthcare team and drive commercial growth in European markets.
In this role, you will work closely with manufacturers and suppliers in the healthcare industry, leading their European market entry and expansion through structured, hands-on business development.
Develop and execute European Go-To-Market strategies per client and market.
Drive business development activities end-to-end: prospecting, negotiations, and deal closing.
Lead multiple client projects simultaneously managing client expectations and performance.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, partners, and market positioning.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
Represent clients at European (and occasionally North American) trade shows and events.
Travel within Europe (approx. 30%) to support business development and relationship building.
Manage and further develop existing accounts while generating new business.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably life sciences, med-tech, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or pharma.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in English; a second European language is a strong plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally.
Living (or willing to relocate) within 45 minutes of Almelo, the Netherlands.
