Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is partnered with a growing Eindhoven-based retailer seeking a Technical Team Lead to scale the engineering team. You will combine hands-on tech leadership with governance, architecture decisions, and sprint execution to align technical work with business goals.

Responsibilities include defining KPIs, guiding planning and delivery cadence, and fostering growth of team members as the company expands internationally across Belgium, France and Germany.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical background with leadership experience.
• Proficient in Python and modern software practices.
• Proven track record of setting and managing KPIs to improve delivery.
• Fluent in Dutch with strong communication skills.
• Natural coach and people leader who develops others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a team of engineers, driving ownership and quality.
• Partner with Head of Technology on strategy and decision-making.
