Job summary

DENZA Nederland is seeking a Head of Sales to lead market expansion, growth, and premium positioning in the Dutch market. You will shape sales strategy, build and manage a dealer network, and drive revenue performance that reflects a premium brand approach.

You will report to the Country Manager Benelux and collaborate closely with the BYD Benelux teams to ensure alignment across Network Development, Operations, Aftersales, Finance, Legal, HR, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in premium automotive sales leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong leadership with dealer network development experience.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and manage channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand DENZA in the Netherlands.
• Build a high-performing dealer network and manage relationships.
• Own sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing for events and dealer activations.
• Lead and develop the DENZA Nederland sales team.
• Coordinate with BYD Benelux departments for alignment.
• Travel frequently within the Netherlands to engage the market.
