Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Director of Customer & Growth Data & Analytics to shape how the company understands and influences customer behavior across markets. You will lead analytics, data science and product analytics teams to build intelligence, AI-driven capabilities and analytical products for acquisition, engagement, retention and growth.

In this role you will collaborate with Growth, Product and Technology leaders, drive experimentation and measurement, and champion data quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading advanced analytics, data science and intelligence functions within digital, ecommerce, marketplace or growth-focused organisations.
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, marketing effectiveness and growth drivers, translating insight into commercial impact.
• Experience building AI, machine learning and predictive analytics capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer & Growth Data & Analytics strategy and execution plan across markets.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product and Technology leaders to align roadmaps and objectives.
• Build and evolve customer intelligence frameworks covering segmentation, retention, lifecycle performance, personalisation and customer value.
• Lead Product Analytics for the Customer & Growth domain enabling evidence-based decisions across product strategy and customer experience.
• Drive AI-enabled analytics and automation initiatives to accelerate insight generation and decision-making.
• Develop scalable analytical products, predictive models and measurement frameworks for acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Own experimentation, attribution and incrementality measurement to guide growth investments.
• Embed real-time decisioning and personalisation across customer moments that matter.
• Champion data quality, governance, privacy-first analytics and first‑party data strategies.
• Lead and develop a global team of analytics, data science and product analytics professionals.
