Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a strategic Director of Restaurant Experience (CX) to shape the partner journey from sign-up to growth across markets. You will align Product & Tech, Logistics, Customer Service and Commercial teams to deliver measurable improvements that make partnering easier and more successful.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, embody customer-centric leadership, and drive data-informed decisions, including leveraging AI to enhance partner service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Senior track record leading partner or customer experience, service design or operations across the full customer lifecycle in a large platform environment.
• Strong influencing skills with credibility among senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical approach linking partner experience to retention and lifetime value; interest in AI to improve partner service.
• Experience building, coaching and empowering multidisciplinary teams.
• Ideally experience running NPS and voice-of-customer programmes with empathy for partners.
• Ideally experience with technical ecosystems and integrations including POS systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Define the partner experience strategy across the journey and prioritise improvements for executive approval.
• Oversee the POS and device ecosystem, shaping integration roadmaps with Product & Tech and providers.
• Lead the partner NPS and Voice of Partner programmes and establish listening forums, including an advisory board.
• Drive cross-functional improvement programmes with Marketing, Sales, Product & Tech, Logistics and Customer Service.
• Build and develop a growing, multidisciplinary team across partner integrations, Experience and Voice of Partner.
