Job summary

Keyrock is hiring a Head of Marketing to own the strategy, rebrand, and reposition the business as crypto-native meets traditional finance.

You will lead a small, AI-augmented team, partner closely with the CCO, and drive measurable commercial impact across institutional and crypto-native audiences.

This transformation role demands bold vision, exceptional English communication, and CET-aligned working hours.

Qualifications

• Significant marketing leadership experience in a crypto or digital-asset firm.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market and its participants.
• Track record transforming or building brands in fast-moving environments.
• Strong written and spoken English communications skills.
• Based in or aligned with CET time zone.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete rebrand and market repositioning for Keyrock.
• Define and drive marketing strategy across institutional and crypto-native audiences.
• Build a premium, forward-looking brand identity for institutional allocators and crypto-native operators.
• Communicate and push Keyrock's story to the market to drive attention and credibility.
• Partner with the CCO and commercial teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.
• Build and lead a small, AI-augmented team.
• Shape how Keyrock is perceived as crypto converges with traditional finance.
