Job summary

frog’s Platforms & Prototypes team seeks a Senior Manager to lead CX, MarTech, and AI transformation programs from strategy to execution for major clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and help clients realize measurable impact through customer-centric innovation.

You will work on reimagining personalization for a Dutch retailer, design GenAI-native marketing operating models, and implement scalable multi-cloud MarTech ecosystems for international financial services clients.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years leading CX/MarTech/AI/digit transformation projects and programmes.
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, or related field with consulting experience.
• Proven experience building or leading development of innovative digital platforms, products, prototypes, or emerging tech solutions from concept through implementation.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills with experience managing workstreams, project teams, and client relationships.
• Understanding of emerging AI capabilities and a willingness to learn, apply, and assess AI-driven solutions.
• Experience leading proposals, bids, RFPs, and client pitches, shaping innovative offerings and securing new bookings.

Responsibilities

• Lead CX, MarTech, and AI transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Advise clients on platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, and Google.
• Design and launch data-driven digital propositions, including loyalty programs and subscriptions.
• Drive GenAI adoption by prioritizing use cases and embedding responsible AI.
• Manage commercial engagements, shaping proposals, defining scope, and delivering outcomes.
• Coach consultants and senior consultants to foster innovation and collaboration.
