Qualifications

• At least 5 years in financial analysis, controlling, or planning.
• In logistics, e-commerce, or another operationally intensive business.
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Dutch GAAP, financial controls, and cash-flow management.
• Scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Hands-on with data, automation, and AI tooling.

Responsabilités

• Build and oversee cash, liquidity, and working capital.
• Manage payroll, supplier commitments, fleet expenditure, capex and lease obligations.
• Assess new hubs and capital allocation for expansion.
• Develop repeatable financial analyses and forecasting models.
• Link operational data to financial performance and margins.
• Drive AI-enabled automation of recurring reporting and anomaly detection.
• Prepare investor reporting and assist financing rounds.
