Job summary

Peddler is building a sustainable last-mile delivery network in the Netherlands. We are seeking an Operations Manager to shape planning, forecasting, and execution across riders, hubs and mid-mile operations.

You will translate volumes into capacity, develop scalable planning systems and drive cost-efficient improvements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Tech and Finance, using advanced forecasting to improve network performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, engineering, operations, or a data-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate demand into resources and cost.
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Translate expected parcel volumes into required capacity and resources across the network.
• Forecast parcel injection by client and geography using data and AI-supported tools.
• Plan rider hours, hub capacity, DSP capacity and mid-mile movements.
