Job summary

DNA.inc is seeking a Head of Finance in Amsterdam to own finance across Dutch and Spanish entities, reporting to the founders and working closely with the external tax advisor. You will build forecasts, establish intercompany policies, and sit with the accountant on year-end, with board reporting and budget insights at the core of the role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance with scale-up or growth company experience.
• Experience running finance for a multi-entity group (NL/ES).
• Proven board/investor reporting experience.
• Experience implementing or rebuilding an ERP (Odoo preferred).
• Strong understanding of Dutch tax and EU VAT rules.

Responsibilities

• Define monthly and annual closing timelines for all entities.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and invoicing using Odoo.
• Coordinate year-end with NL gestoría and ES advisors.
• Prepare board packs and monthly reporting.
• Develop group cash-flow forecasting and KPI dashboards.
• Establish transfer pricing policies and tax compliance in NL/ES.
• Lead a group accounting team and interface with external tax advisor.
