Job summary

Workwize in Amsterdam is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to own paid and organic channels end to end, driving SQL output and Stage 2 pipeline contribution. You will diagnose performance across channels and segments, ship quick wins, and build a scalable, data-driven engine.

With experience scaling from €10M to €60M+ ARR, you will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales, and shape a predictable revenue pipeline for a global, hybrid operation.

Qualifications

• Operated demand gen inside a company that scaled from ~€10M to €60M+ ARR.
• Able to connect channel decisions to Stage 2 pipeline and revenue.
• Runs rigorous tests with clear hypotheses and review dates.

Responsibilities

• Own paid and organic channels end to end, delivering SQL output and pipeline contribution.
• Diagnose the engine: costs, returns, across channels, segments and messages.
• Ship quick wins with live changes, while building longer-term structure.
• Audit website performance: landing pages, CRO, site structure, actionable steps.
• Maintain 10% MoM growth in Stage 2 pipeline value, across paid and organic.
