Job summary

Vinted Pay is establishing a new AML & Fraud Prevention product domain. We are seeking a Director of Product to lead the end‑to‑end vision, manage a growing team, and partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Compliance and Legal to translate regulatory obligations into scalable product solutions across Europe.

You will own the roadmap for AML/CTF, KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and fraud prevention, while building a high‑performing team and driving measurable outcomes in a

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with AML/financial crime focus
• 4+ years of people leadership or team management experience
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC/sanctions screening and risk-based product requirements
• Proven ability to work in regulated environments and translate regulatory obligations into product work

Responsibilities

• Drive the AML & Fraud Prevention product domain with a unified vision
• Own the product roadmap across AML/CTF, KYC, monitoring and fraud controls
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Risk to translate obligations into product features
• Lead, mentor and scale a team of Product Managers
• Build tools and processes to enable 0→1 product development in a regulated space
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and adapt the product strategy
