Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a senior team within Commercial Risk & Platform Fraud in Amsterdam. You will balance architecture, regulatory strategy, and commercial growth while delivering high-friction cross-functional alignment.

You bring 8+ years of product management with leadership experience, hire and coach PMs, and apply a data-driven, P&L mindset to drive value from risk capabilities. AI/ML intuition is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of leadership roles.
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing product managers across levels.
• Analytical, metrics-driven decision-making with a P&L mindset.
• Strong technology instincts with an understanding of AI/ML concepts and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive a strategic vision that transforms risk mitigation into customer value and revenue.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior product managers within the Commercial Risk & Platform Fraud group.
• Architect clear use cases with engineering and partners; decide when to deploy AI/ML vs operational support.
• Partner with Compliance, Regulatory, and Operations to design auditable capabilities with a pragmatic commercial lens.
