Vinted Pay is establishing a new AML & Fraud Prevention product domain. You will lead the vision, set goals, hire, and execute a mature product strategy across AML/CTF, KYC, sanctions screening and fraud monitoring.

You’ll report to the Engineering/Product/Design/Analytics leader at Vinted Pay and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Analytics to scale a high-performing team of Product Managers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management in AML/financial crime
• 4+ years leading teams of product managers
• Deep AML/KYC knowledge and compliance expertise
• Hands-on fraud prevention and risk scoring experience
• Proven track record of launching multiple products with impact
• Excellent English communication and ownership

Responsabilités

• Drive the AML & Fraud Prevention domain with a unified vision.
• Own the product roadmap for AML/CTF, KYC, sanctions screening and fraud monitoring.
• Translate regulatory obligations into product requirements and advocate automated solutions.
• Lead and scale a team of Product Managers.
• Use data to size risk, identify opportunities and build capabilities.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions and collaborate with vendors on AML/Fraud solutions.
• Anticipate regulatory changes (EU AML, AMLA, PSD3/PSR) and plan accordingly.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering and Analytics across Vinted Pay.
