Job summary

Camino Search is seeking an experienced Accounting leader to own all consolidated financial reporting for an international PE-owned firm. This role supports integration of new acquisitions within a buy-and-build strategy and helps CFO establish robust consolidated controls.

The position requires strong consolidation and group reporting skills, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to navigate multi-entity environments. International travel is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong consolidation and group reporting experience.
• Deep understanding of local GAAP and IFRS in multi-entity environments.
• Proven track record in improving reporting processes and controls.
• Experience supporting M&A integration and ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated accounts.
• Own statutory reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, systems, and controls.
• Oversee treasury and balance sheet governance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership for high-quality commentary.

Camino Search are seeking an experienced Accounting leader to take ownership of all consolidated financial reporting for a PE owned firm.

This person will be integral to supporting the integration of new acquisitions in a buy & build strategy. Your role will support the CFO in setting up robust consolidated controls.

THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated accounts
• Own statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local GAAP
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems, and controls
• Oversee treasury function and cash management
• Oversee group-wide financial governance and balance sheet reporting
• Partner with senior leadership to provide high‑quality analysis and commentary
• Support key finance transformation initiatives
• Support ERP implementation
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key finance stakeholders

About You:

• Qualified accountant, Audit experience is preferred
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience
• Proven background in group reporting within a multi‑entity environment
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Experience in an M&A / Integration capacity
