Job description

Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Group financial reporting Director to join their International business on 12 month interim basis. This role will support the corporate group Financial controller as the business goes through a time of change and transformation.

Your role will take on the responsibility of all statutory reporting for the group and co-ordinate the preparation of group consolidations for all business entities internationally. You will bring with you years of experience of what good looks like in terms of processes and procedures for group accounting and seek to improve and add value to the month end reporting process.

You will be a key point of contact for external auditors and be a strong chartered accountant, able to support all divisional FD's on matters of technical accounting and reporting matters.

If you are a chartered accountant with a a track record in financial leadership at a senior level significant experience as a group reporting manager or controller this could be the contract role for you. You will be based in the Netherlands and be happy to commute to the office in Amsterdam 3 days per week and be happy with occasional International travel. You will also be a career interim and not looking for a permanent role. In addition to your technical reporting experience you will have man management experience and be able to liaise with all tiers of management and C suite.
