Job summary

Camino Search is seeking an Interim Finance Director for an exciting, private equity-backed technology platform for a 6-month interim assignment. The role centers on owning consolidated financial reporting for international entities and professionalising reporting processes across the group.

You will support the Group CFO by refining controls, improving processes, and guiding the Netsuite ERP rollout. Travel is required weekly and expenses are covered.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with practice preference.
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience.
• Proven background in group reporting within a multi-entity environment.
• Netsuite implementation experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated accounts.
• Own statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local GAAP.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems, and controls.
• Ownership of the roll-out of a Netsuite, working alongside integrators.
• Oversee group-wide financial governance and balance sheet reports.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide high-quality analysis and comment.
• Support key finance transformation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key finance stakeholders.

Camino Search is currently working with a leading private equity-backed technology platform seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the business on an interim basis for 6 months.

Within this role, you will take ownership of all consolidated financial reporting and professionalise reporting processes for the business. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision-making at the group level across several international entities

As well as reporting ownership, you will be supporting the Group CFO with refining controls and processes, as well as refining the use of a new ERP system.

THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE WEEKLY TRAVEL - EXPENSES COVERED
